Beef Cashew Sautee...Tender beef, broccoli, matchstick carrots, bell peppers, onions and squash stir fried in olive oil, fresh ginger, sesame oil, oyster sauce and Chinese five spice, served on a bed of fresh steamed rice, topped with cashews and green onions.

Asian Salmon Sub with Chili Lime Dressing ...Shredded carrots and julienned cucumbers on a ciabatta topped with seared salmon, crushed peanuts and mint, drizzled with a chile lime dressing made with shallots, lime juice, sugar, chili sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce, choice of side.
